I’ll carefully and professionally remove any grown-out lashes, then fill in with fresh, new lashes to maintain that spiked, stand-out look you love. Cancellation Policy
At Jen's Lashes Academy, we are dedicated to providing the best experience possible, we kindly ask you to review our policies: - To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total payment on the day of your appointment (remaining can be paid by cash or bank transfer). - Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid, and unfortunately, we cannot hold your booking for more than 24 hours without payment. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your booking request will be automatically canceled, and your time slot may be offered to another client. - Transfer your deposit to the account stated in an email sent when you request a booking. Include your full name as the payment reference. Send a screenshot of the payment via email or social media to confirm your booking. - A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment while retaining your deposit. - Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. - Rescheduling is limited to two occasions maximum per deposit. * All services are non-refundable under any circumstances. * To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a One-Week Happy Client Guarantee (only applies to fullset of eyelash extensions services), which allows you to request free fixes or removals within one week of your appointment. No other salon offers this exceptional policy! * By paying your deposit, you give permission for photos and videos of your lashes or brows to be used for marketing purposes on our social media and website. If you do not wish to have your images used, please let us know before your appointment. * Liability Disclaimer: - Jen’s Lashes Academy holds no responsibility for adverse reactions that may occur during or after services. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your appointment. - Results may vary depending on your natural lashes, skin type, life and adherence to aftercare instructions. - We hold no responsibility for damage to natural lashes or brows caused by failure to follow aftercare or pre-existing conditions.
